Global Warming????

What happened to Global warming???
I think it is all a lie. Anyone who believes in Global warming doesn't live in Calgary.

The current temperature.

Light Snow
-17°F
Feels Like
-33°F
---------------------------------------------------------------------
(The Temperature for tomorrow at 12 noon)

-12°F
Feels Like
-28°F

I really don't want to hear how great everyone else has it where they are living. I am having a hard enough time keeping myself positive about the weather where I am currently living. Send me any sympathy you have, but please don't brag right now.

Brrr...it's so cold here... It's 11:00 p.m. and it's a chilly 43F...LOL!!!! Now you again know why I don't want to move back to Alberta. Hang in there, you'll have a chinook sooner or later. Then you can drive in the slush and later on the refrozen black ice. Neener, neener... Hope you stay warm!

I will not be bragging...for I too am in the same boat.
This is the most snow we have gotten in my 4 years here. Best October and November and by far the worst December, cold, and snow.
I feel your pain, we can complain tomorrow over a wonderful dinner:)

look on the bright side... This is the most snow I have ever seen here. So, it only gets better! It does get a little colder than this though... but, know that you are always welsome to warm your tootsies at my house, with hot cocoa and a fireplace!!! So Cozy :)

Woah. At least it's perfect hot cocoa weather! I love the stuff, but it isn't the same when I get uncomfortably warm drinking it, which is most of the time here.

Oh, I know. It does though, however, make the spring SO inviting. Nothing is taken for granted when it arrives.

"Man is that they might have joy".
"Winter is in Canada, so that we have that ABSOLUTE joy when the next season arrives." : D

Didn't they just get snow in New Orleans? I'm with you, I don't know where this global warming is happening.

All I can say is I don't miss it and will do everything I can from having to live in that kind of weather again. I know I have it good even if I had to turn the furnace on last night because it dropped into the 50's and I was cold. Oh, and we had the fireplace on also.

Wow! Well at least you can count on a white christmas, and thank goodness for indoor heating, and ... don't you burn more calories in cold weather just because your body has to work so hard to keep it from freezing, and at least there are lots of airplanes to take you to warm weather when yours is so unlivable.

If it makes you feel any better, it's freezing here too. It's not as cold, but we're still below zero.

That was our weather in Denver on Monday! I felt so bad for Brian...he walks about 15 minutes from where he parks the car into his office downtown. Poor guy! So, I guess it's not just cold in Canada!
