1) I thought I knew what mud was before today ... but I really didn't.
2) Mud can actually build up to a point that it prevents the wheels on my stroller to roll anymore.
3) When your foot is sunk to just above your ankle in mud it is really hard to move, let alone the stroller or your dog.
4) My white dog can actually turn black.
5) In order to wash off a mud caked stroller you sometimes have to be really creative, because the pipes are frozen and the hose doesn't work.
6) Going to explore that unpaved road to see where it lead was probably the worst idea I have had in 6 years!!!

Oh no! But I bet Evan had fun!
When did you get a dog?
Nice! :0) By the way, I just realized yesterday that you guys get to spend an entire weekend with the Lowry's soon and we won't get to see you for a while after that. I'm totally jealous!
Spring and Fall in Calgary
i encountered some mud like that on my mission! my comp and i were walking down the street and the i hear a yell turn around and my comp has sunk past his ankle in mud! it sucked his shoe off his foot. i laughed
haha! that sounds terrible! very educational for you though :)
HAHAHAHA. I am really sad I missed that one!
hahaha...that is too funny! sorry your walk turned out into a cleaning frenzy, but I bet it was nice to get out and enjoy some fresh air.
Hahahaha...at least you weren't slipping and sliding everywhere. One of the many times I had to park in a dirt parkinglot in college it rained so bad that my car was slipping. My mom told me that, that is the same feeling as sliding on ice. After our trip to big bear to ski, I can now say that I understand.
I really wish you had some pictures!!
