House Boat

Been having WAY too much FUN FUN FUN!!!!
So I have decided to finish the posts that I started in Calgary.
----------------------------------------------
Right after we got home from our SMA camp I actually had 4 days (in a row) at my own house, sleeping in my own bed. That was just enough time to do all of my laundry, host a jewelry party for my sister-in-law, and let my kiddos catch up on about a month of much needed sleep.

Come Friday it all started again and we were off to the house boat in the Koocanusa :-)

Justin's Dad owns a house boat. As difficult as it is to have a toddler and an SMA child on a house boat (trying to make sure the toddler doesn't drown and make sure the SMA child has fun without his mobility) it was a great time. The weather was great and warm, the water was not freezing, the fishing was amazing, and the company was the best :-)
Justin and our brother in law Hans
the crazy Palmer's actually created a slide train and hopefully I will be able to steal that picture from Chelsea soon ;-)
thanks to Michael and Logan there was always a fire going, even if it was warm outside

fireworks every night!

my cute nephew Austin
this is what Landon did on the boat while we were fishing
Evan LOVED driving the jet ski/boat
Palmer dance party
this is the ONLY way I was able to eat my meals. If I didn't put Landon's leash on my leg I would be constantly chasing him as he ran towards one open door or the other. Meanwhile Justin was making sure our sweet Evan didn't tip over on the houseboat.
I think he like the marshmallows!
I slalomed for the first time!!!! I even skied to the US and back ... no joke!
Justin and Evan were chasing a duck on the water
this is what that ride did to Evan's hair
What a GREAT week!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That looks like TOO MUCH FUN :) I loved the marshmallow face, Austin's jelly face, and Landon reaching for his mama when she was getting out of the water! :)

Looks like so much fun!!! I get tired just thinking about managing two kids on a houseboat, though. Especially with one that moves as fast as it sounds like Landon does. I love Evan's curly hair. I just want to touch it and kiss Landon's endless cheeks (before they give me that look that means they've never met this crazy lady before.)
